Technology is ever changing. Better work supersedes existing and creates its own space. Similarly, various new patents of gadgets can change the world. Various companies around the world are investing millions of dollars in research and development, and developing technology which is better and more efficient than earlier.
Recently, LG has unveiled its flexible 19″ e-newspaper screen, which is similar to a tabloid newspaper. It is just 0.3 millimeters thin so that it can bend. LG has inserted metal foil against the traditional glass substrate, which makes the device flexible.

Apple’s gesture controls and solar chargeable iPhones
Apple, the famous iPhone maker is always famous for its new innovations and products. Recently, the company has filed patents regarding solar charging and finding parking space for your car. Also, the company talks about a system called “Kinematic” input which consists of motion and gesture based control for Apple devices. Hence, the app can be helpful to designers as well as gamers and it could make overall navigation more intuitive and interactive.
Solar cell recharging: The company is planning to introduce solar cell recharging for iPods and iPhones. The app will have a battery meter to interpret the current battery state and adjustment for using more on external solar power.
3D without glasses
At present, 3D viewing requires special glasses that use polarizing technique. But, in a technology, which uses 3-D projection system allows you to watch 3D animation without wearing special eyewear. Here, the PC project two images one for your left eye, and another for your right eye onto a screen that’s actually a programmable mirror. A 3D imager detects the position of your head for extra clarity and realism.
Google new 3D Billboard Ads Online
Recently, Google has applied a patent related to Google Maps. The search giant is planning to provide street view of Google Maps that will offer a 3D view of the surrounding buildings, parks, subway stations, cars, and much more. Also, for raising the company’s advertising income, the app can place a banner ad in Street View where appropriate like buildings, billboards, signs, windows etc.
The iPhone of Remotes
At present, various universal remotes are available in the market, but they lack various functions. It is expected that the iPhone maker, Apple can certainly provide the complete job. In 2002, Apple has filed a patent for iPhone like remote with touchscreen. It is reported that the remote will be compatible with smart consumer-electronics products, which allow quick configuration.

The tech giants like Microsoft will introduce its Project Natal by the year end, which will change the gaming through its motion sensing technology.
