Question by sam m: will project natal work with past xbox 360 games?
i was looking at project natal and i was thinking about how cool it would be but then i started thinking about if it would work on older games and this is affecting whether i should get assassins creed 2. if i could play natal i would like to get it for the 360 but if i cant i’d like to buy it for the ps3 because it will come out with six extra weapons for it. so does anyone know whether it will work on past games?

i cant imagine it would, as the product would have to be programmed to make use of “Project Natal” and because it doesn’t exist yet i doubt it would work.
think of how Gamecube games can’t make use of the Wii’s interactiveness.

Not a chance. The older games were not developed or programmed with Natal in mind. The games would have to be patched, but that would be more or less redesigning the entire game. So again, not a chance.
